In the event an artwork is damaged by the delivery service, client is to send pictures and mail the artwork back to artist. Artist will cover any additional shipping costs. A claim will be filed and the client will have the option to be refunded for the artwork, see if the artist can repair the original work, or in the case of archival prints, a new one will be ordered.
