  • All sales are final once payment is received

    • In the event an artwork is damaged by the delivery service, the collector is to email pictures of the artwork within 24 hours of receiving the package. A claim will be filed and the client will have the options to:

      • Send back the artwork to the artist within 2 days of receiving the artwork to be refunded for both the price of the artwork and cost to ship the artwork back to the artist.

      • If the artist can repair the damaged original work, send back the artwork to the artist within 2 days of receiving the artwork at no additional cost to the collector.

      • In the case of damaged archival prints, please mail the damaged work back to the artist within 2 days of receiving the print. Once the artist receives that damaged print, a new one will be sent to the collector at no additional shipping cost.
